Myself and family visited to Anjuna beach resort in september first week for two days as complementary bookings from malad ofice mumbai. it was a wonderful visit at resort, with good hospitality, quick services, and approachable with clean resort environment and clearance about the services sought from the membership (customer care section).
keep this in mind would like to give few suggestions,
each room should have wall clock.
approachable roads to reach resort if a member hire a bike/car is sometimes unable to understand the right way to anjuna beach or resort. as the roads are narrow and having less directions given on roads.
there has to be mentioned at reception that what are the facility provided with the membership ranges. otherwise every now and than we need to confirm first and using.
there has to be facility for this resort as per heads meals available with ABC costing as Bandipur forest resort is providing with 350/- perhead per day.
there should be an updation for current resort/hotel/members where members can plan for their vacations. it's like in the website the list available this month other hotel/resort list where we can go and have fun apart from COUNTRY.
