Our trip to Thailand was made awesome by Country vacations. We had been planning for many days, but visiting the Country Vacations office made transition from planning to reality. Monika (the manager) got our booking done within 2 days and we were all set to go. We have been in touch with her for 4 years now and she has been very cooperative and accommodating. Regarding our stay at the Pattaya location, it was awesome. It was a five minutes walk from the calm and peaceful beach (Jomiten beach). The hotel was good and has an awesome green space complex. Transportation from the Bangkok Airport to hotel was very comfortable too.

Country Vacations Kodaikanal, a mind-blowing experience!

Hi,

We had been to Kodaikanal to celebrate our 6th month marriage anniversary. I can tell you that the time we spent in Country Club Valley Vista resort in Kodai was the most memorable moment for both of us. Everything is perfect there. When we reached, the pickup cab was ready and the driver who was representing Country Club was very warm. The resort is located in the most exotic locale. One can easily spend a complete day without going out of that resort. The room booked for us was hill facing and we enjoyed almost all flavors of the weather. In the morning, we enjoyed the cold breeze and the green valleys around the club. Also, enjoying the morning mist with a cup of tea in the resort lawn was truly awesome. The resort staff were courteous and were always ready for any kind of assistance. Starting from reception to the restaurant, all were ready to serve us. Food was very nice and tasty and we never ate anywhere else but here. Last night in the resort was best out of all 3 days. The staff arranged for a cake cutting ceremony followed by a wonderful candle light dinner. Last but not the least, they captured all our memorable moments in a camera and gifted to us in a CD when we were checking out.

Few points which can be improved or can be taken into consideration from Guest's point of view:
As the resort is in a hill station and little far away from the main city, you need to take care of phone lines, card payment functions and room heaters. Overall experience was mind-blowing and we will be looking forward to more such vacations. Thank you for doing last moment arrangements for our trip without any delay. I will definitely be bugging you again for my future trips.

Attractive location, friendly staff & wonderful holiday at Country Vacations Medchal

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had a wonderful time at your Country Club Medchal resort. The location is attractive and enjoyable. The Spa as well as the swimming pool, the restaurant and sprawling lawns along with the friendly staff is a wholesome commendable package. I am thankful to the staff members of Surat as well as Medchal club for helping me right from booking to the last day of my stay here.

Given below are few suggestions from my end:
Few indoor games should be provided for kids and senior family members. Medchal is more than 30 kms from Secunderabad main railway station. So, the Club should provide transport facility ..... for visiting members. Provide one English newspaper per family. A few magazines would also be useful. The Club location is 2km away from main road. A good walking track is a must.

Most memorable holiday of my family at Country Vacations Bandipur

We had visited the Country Club Bandipur wild life resort in the month of October, and we were really amazed by the way we got treated by each staff at the resort.
