This e-mail is based on the request from one of your rep to provide the status of our tour to Cochin & Kovalam .
Kovalam - It was a really pleasant stay at Kovalam. We really loved the scenic beauty well within & outside the resort. All the staff were very co-operative & kind. We would definitely visit the place in future.
Cochin - I would say the resort was the worst one which I would have ever visited. There was no proper water facilities & no proper co-ordination from the staff. There was no timely response from the staff as well. Most of them were drunk during working hours. We would never be willing to be back at the cochin resort.
I would also like to add few more points which we are really frustrated at Goa country vacations.
1)We had been on a holiday at Goa . We were a member of Blue season which we actually got to know only when we were informed by the memebers of the Goa team. We were never told about such seasons at the time of joining Country Club.
2)We were convinced by the Goa staff (Syed Safina & Sneha)to change to Red season (Paying Rs.30000)stating we will be able to book our holidays during the peak season which was not the case with the blue season holders.
3)We were also told that we can rent a week's holiday which will be done by the Goa staff themselves. We still havent got our new Membership card.
Last time when I spoke to one of your Rep, she states that we need to do the renting on our own. There is no response from Safina or Sneha. Are you people trying to make a fool of us?
If you cannot assist us in renting our holidays, we would want you pay us the cash (Rs.30000) & change us back to blue season. We do not want to enhance the image of Country Club with our money.

Country Vacations India are fooling people. Their representatives give fake verbal commitments and also observed that they don't mention season you are opted for in their contract papers. Then they directly send you blue season card. So paying Rs.70000/- is also waste.
