Dear Sir/Madam,
Our stay at Naren place in Puri was good in parts but few improvements are required to make it really good.
The room was spacious and bed linen clean and fresh. The staff were courteous and helpful. Room service was prompt and the food from the restaurant was super.
However, this is just a hotel and not a resort as there were no other facilities for recreation nor any arranged activities. The lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors to reach our room. The restaurant located in the basement was odorous
and the air was stale.
