Thank you for the support extended for booking in Mysore.

The people & team were kind & courteous at Mysore. Though we reached around 4:00 PM, the team was helpful in providing lunch. The food was also good & tasty.

I have a few suggestions so that guest experience can be better.

1. Booking details with payment receipt etc should be sent to location before guest arrival.

2.I had two rooms 105 & 106 where in the water taps were clogged & pressure was very slow. Regular cleaning of taps will help smooth flow of water.

3.Certain internal make up / patches / cracks need to be filled up.

I had booked for 2 nights but utilized for one night since my daughter fell sick & had to return back to Bangalore. I am not sure if I will get the refund of Rs 350 or it get forfeited. I ask the team to adjust it against the bills / other room rent but they refused.
